Training Format & Calendar
Our Training Calendar will outline our Session Format.
Typically, we will start our training with a managed 25-minute dynamic warm-up that'll include stationary high knees, stationary butt kicks, stationary lunge twists, fire hydrants, planks, toe touches, and arm rotations.
Afterward, we break off into groups for focus training.
Infield:
Short Hop on Knees - (focus on the ball in glove) Stright, Glove Side, Back Hand
Short Hop on Feet - (focus on the athletic stance) Stright, Glove Side, Back Hand
Short Hop to Throw - Left heel down, weight shift, step in front, sim throw
